Where you will work:

This role offers a hybrid work arrangement up to 50% remote, based in WI-Prairie du Sac; MN-Mankato; MN-Lakeville; IL-Bloomington; WI-Sun Prairie offices.

The contributions you will make:

This position provides accounting services for internal and external clients, including loans and leases, ensuring accuracy and high-quality service. You will serve as a technical resource within the team regarding accounting processes.

A typical day:

• Analyze and create accounting entries for transactions, including setting up loans, monitoring billing, resolving issues, and processing payments.
• Support loan servicing, tax reporting, and compliance activities.
• Provide technical support and collaborate with other teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor and improve processes for efficiency and accuracy.

The skills and experience we prefer:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in financial services.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and software.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

How we will take care of you:

The role's title and pay depend on experience and skills. The base pay range is $50,900 - $72,100 USD. The role may include variable compensation and benefits.
