A growing construction company is seeking an AP Clerk to manage the expense invoicing process. The role involves processing invoices, tracking receipts, and supporting other accounts payable functions in a stable, family-owned business with potential for long-term employment after a temporary assignment.
Growing construction company is looking for an AP Clerk. The AP Clerk will be primarily responsible for supporting the expense invoicing process. You will be scanning and importing expense invoices and supporting documents into their system, coding and distributing invoices to owners and project managers for approval, tracking receipts, and balancing credit cards. You will also track use tax, maintain documents, file records, and support other AP functions as needed.
This is a stable, family-owned business offering a competitive salary and benefits during this temporary assignment. The position is long-term with potential for conversion. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
