Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Loader/Unloader Lead to support the Rental Division in Murfreesboro, TN. You will supervise the unloading and loading of customer route trucks, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met while coordinating the team to finish by shift end.

The role requires leadership in a fast-paced environment, strict adherence to attendance and safety procedures, and willingness to learn new computer systems. This is a full-time 2nd shift position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods of time.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment where there are time pressures to complete work quickly.
• Must be willing to learn to use a computer/console to complete work activities.
• Must be willing to frequently communicate with others to complete work activities.
• Must be willing to handle materials that are soiled or have pungent odors, with appropriate protective equipment.
