Location: Presidents Cup - Medinah, IL 60157
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
This is a part‑time seasonal role.
Responsibilities
- Assist with monitoring stock and inventory throughout the event.
- Help organize large deliveries multiple times per day.
- Organize prepared food storage trucks.
- Operate food‑service equipment in a safe manner.
- Store, label, and date all food items in accordance with health code and the Culinary Team’s instructions.
- Receive finished product from the kitchen, safely store it in compliance with Proof and Health Department procedures, inventory each item to meet production numbers.
- Pull and organize stock in accordance with Culinary pull sheets, communicate shortages to the Culinary lead.
- Plan to fill shortages or day‑of menu items and execute distribution of items to locations.
- Clear storage locations post‑event, inventory excess product, separate returns from donations.
- Work with the Culinary team to line up a donation company for post‑event, oversee the process and communication.
Qualifications
- Experience in a high‑volume catering role; experience in stadiums, arenas, concerts, and large‑scale event centers is comparable.
- Knowledge of best food safety practices.
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- Ability to travel domestically throughout the year; trips typically last 2‑5 weeks with 12‑15 hour shifts and no days off.
- Forklift certification (off‑road forklift preferred). Training available.
- ServSafe certification preferred.
- Flexibility, positive attitude, and willingness to work well with others.

Work Environment
This role is 20% office work and 80% event attendance. Office work includes computer usage, interdepartmental meetings, and communication. Event attendance involves traveling to events across the country, leading teams, and being a managerial presence.
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for long periods; work up to 30 days straight.
- Work in sun and elements, including refrigerator and freezer trucks.
- Operate heavy machinery.
- Lift up to 80 pounds of product in a day.
- Move pallets up to 1000 pounds using a pallet jack.
