Job summary

One Federal Solution is seeking a Loading Dock Assistant to support our government client in Washington, DC. The role involves receiving packages, processing deliveries, and maintaining accurate delivery records at the loading dock.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in a Shipping/Receiving Clerk role or similar.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Active Secret security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Receive packages, shipments, and deliveries at the loading dock.
• Inspect and process deliveries per procedures.
• Maintain accurate records in the receipts and deliverables system.
• Direct commercial vehicles to designated parking and loading/off-loading areas.
• Coordinate safe off-loading of deliveries.
• Ensure documentation and records are complete and accurate.
• Follow facility security, safety, and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
