Job summary

nonphoneworkathome is seeking a Dock Tech to facilitate loading of outbound shipments on trailers under the direction of the Shipping Coordinator. You will ensure accurate labeling and loading, monitor multiple loads, and communicate clearly with carriers to move trailers efficiently.

Evening and weekend hours may be required during peak periods. Candidates should have shipping knowledge, dock/loading experience, and strong English communication skills, with bilingual ability a plus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Shipping.
• Truck loading/ Dock experience helpful
• Good communications skills/ Bilingual a plus.
• Bi-Lingual preferred.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate loading of outbound shipments onto trailers.
• Provide clear and accurate communication to carriers.
• Monitor multiple loads/trailers concurrently.
• Perform cycle counting and assist with other shipping tasks as workload dictates.
• Lead and train others in shipping tasks.
