Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans seeks a Loading Dock Captain to coordinate resident move-ins/move-outs, vendor access, and loading dock operations. You will work with Security, Purchasing, Engineering, and Residential Operations to ensure top-tier service and safety.

Responsibilities include scheduling, documentation, elevator reservations, and managing packages and deliveries, while keeping accurate records and logs.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential operations or hospitality preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and property software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident move-ins and move-outs with schedules and vendor access.
• Assist with home services activation and troubleshooting with vendors.
• Manage loading dock communications and inquiries.
• Coordinate vendor and contractor activities, including insurance docs.
• Conduct site walks and inspections of elevators and common areas.
• Maintain records for residents, vendors, and moves.
