North West Handling Systems, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician for our Portland, OR location.

You will perform installation and service of loading dock and material handling equipment, travel to customer sites, and diagnose electrical, hydraulic and mechanical issues while maintaining high levels of customer service. The role requires ability to work independently, meet schedules, lift up to 75 lbs, pass background and DOT tests, and a valid driver's license.

Formación

• Background check and DOT/Drug tests required.
• Valid Driver License required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to organize workload to meet deadlines.
• Ability to maintain inventory in a company vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Service and installation of loading dock and material handling products.
• Travel daily to customer locations to provide services.
• Install new dock and door equipment and diagnose customer equipment.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and document findings.
