Job summary

Greenhead Lobster, LLC is seeking a Loading Dock Team Member for our Bucksport facility to help move product efficiently. You will verify inbound loads, stage outbound orders, and complete shipping paperwork to keep shipments on time and inventory accurate.

Expect a fast-paced environment with a focus on food safety and workplace safety. The role requires forklift experience, strong communication, and physical stamina, with starting pay at $18 per hour.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience is preferred and will be used for inbound/outbound handling.
• Candidate should show strong attention to detail and clear communication.
• Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Must be able to stand/move for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Comfortable working in cold, wet, and hot conditions and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify inbound loads and stage outbound orders.
• Complete shipping/receiving paperwork with care and accuracy.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and follow food safety rules.
• Coordinate with teammates to keep production stocked and shipments on schedule.
