Job summary

Greenhead Lobster, LLC is seeking a Loading Dock Team Member for our Bucksport facility to help move product efficiently. You will verify inbound loads, stage outbound orders, and complete shipping paperwork to keep shipments on time and inventory accurate.

Expect a fast-paced environment with a focus on food safety and workplace safety. The role requires forklift experience, strong communication, and physical stamina, with starting pay at $18 per hour.

Qualifications

What You'll Do

As a Loading Dock Team Member, you’ll keep product moving in and out of our Bucksport facility accurately and on time so production stays stocked and shipments leave right.

Key responsibilities include receiving and verifying inbound loads, staging and loading outbound orders, completing shipping/receiving paperwork with care, and helping maintain accurate inventory counts while following strict food safety and workplace safety rules.

• Maintain access to a functioning Gmail account (schedules/updates sent via Gmail & Google Sheets)
• Previous forklift experience
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication
• Able to work independently and with a team in a fast‑paced setting
• Stand/move for long periods; lift up to 40 lbs consistently
• Comfortable working in cold, wet, and hot conditions; able to perform physical tasks safely
