Job summary

GREENHEAD LOBSTER LLC in Bucksport, ME, is hiring a Loading Dock Team Member to keep products moving in and out of our Bucksport facility, ensuring on-time shipments and accurate inventory. You will receive inbound loads, stage outbound orders, and complete shipping paperwork while following strict food safety and workplace safety rules.

This role requires physical work in cold, wet, and hot conditions. Starting wage is $18 per hour with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO

What You’ll Do

As a Loading Dock Team Member, you'll keep product moving in and out of our Bucksport facility accurately and on time—so production stays stocked and shipments leave right.

Key responsibilities include receiving and verifying inbound loads, staging and loading outbound orders, completing shipping/receiving paperwork with care, and helping maintain accurate inventory counts while following strict food safety and workplace safety rules.

Required Skills/Qualifications

• Maintain access to a functioning Gmail account (schedules/updates sent via Gmail & Google Sheets)
• Previous forklift experience
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication
• Able to work independently and with a team in a fast‑paced setting
• Stand/move for long periods; lift up to 40 lbs consistently
• Comfortable working in cold, wet, and hot conditions; able to perform physical tasks safely
