Job summary

The role supports Pro and Garden Center loading processes and requires oversight of safety and accuracy in loading activities. The ideal candidate will have basic computer and retail tech experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a willingness to learn power equipment safety and store

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use store equipment safely to move, stage, and load merchandise.
• Maintain in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Assist with large order fulfillment while ensuring product quality and accuracy.
• Assist with cart retrieval and keep work areas clean, organized and safe.
