Performance Food Group is seeking a Warehouse Loader (Loader Formula) at our Glen Allen, VA facility. You will transport items into trailers using forklifts or pallet jacks, secure loads, and prepare pallets for shipping while following safety procedures and quality standards.

The role requires mobility to lift heavy items, the ability to work a Sunday–Thursday schedule with rotating Fridays, and a commitment to overtime as needed. A positive, safety-conscious attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience.
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Must be able to work scheduled times and overtime.
• Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products weighing 10–90 pounds as needed.
• Able to work in cooler, freezer and dry environments.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsabilités

• Transports items into trailers using forklift, pallet jack or by hand according to a loading plan.
• Moves outgoing products from staging area to the loading dock; wrap pallets and ensure labels are in place.
• Locate proper trailer slots and secure the load.
• Remove empty pallets and inspect pallets for damage; move using pallet jack or forklift.
• Perform general housekeeping and keep work areas clean and safe.
• Follow safety policies and wear required PPE.
• Complete end-of-shift paperwork and secure all equipment.
