Job summary

OBE is seeking a hands-on Warehouse/Crate Fabrication role in York, PA to support packaging and shipping of architectural glass and building products. You will fabricate crates, load items, and ensure accurate shipping documentation while maintaining safety standards and a clean, organized workspace.

The ideal candidate has manufacturing experience, can follow written and verbal instructions, and is able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer literacy is required.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization under time constraints.
• Effective communication with peers and management.
• Willingness to wear all required PPE.
• Previous manufacturing experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate wooden crates to ship, perform cleanups and small parts orders.
• Load windows and accessories.
• Ensure product is packaged safely within the crate to prevent damage.
• Ensure all shipping documents are complete and accurate.
• Assist in loading trailers when crating duties are complete.
• Other duties as assigned.
