Job summary

Daniels Health & Sharpsmart in Utah is hiring a Loader/Unloader for our medical waste treatment facility. You will load and unload trucks, prepare customer orders for transport, and perform on-site housekeeping in a fast-paced environment.

The job requires lifting 50+ pounds, basic math, reliable tenure, and strict safety compliance with PPE. Hours are Monday–Friday, 10 AM–6 PM, with overtime opportunities. Benefits start day one, and the position is full-time and permanent.

Qualifications

• Experience in labor-intensive, warehouse, industrial, or manufacturing work.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds safely and repeatedly.
• Proven reliability and tenure with previous employers.
• Comfortable working around medical and universal waste with PPE.
• Willingness to take a 5 panel urine drug screening.
• Willingness to take a 7 year background check.
• Basic math and ability to read/record weights accurately.
• Familiarity with weighbridge/scale systems.

We are looking to hire a Loader/Unloader for our Daniels' medical waste treatment facility in Utah.

Location: 1825 Research Way, West Valley City, UT 84119

What will your job involve?

• Loading and unloading trucks and trailers on site and ensuring all transports are prepared in a timely manner.
• Preparing and packing of customer orders for transport.
• Moving trucks and taking care of housekeeping duties
• Working in a fast-paced team environment
• Manual handling and labor related activities
• Adhering to safety codes and conduct

What are we looking for?
