Job summary

Surge is seeking a reliable Loader/Unloader to support our distribution operations. This is a hands-on role involving continuous standing, walking, bending, lifting throughout the workday, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

You will load and unload trailers by hand, move cartons, label outbound shipments, and help receive truckloads. Prior warehouse experience is a plus but not required; forklift experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus, but not required.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Comfortable with continuous standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
• Able to repeatedly lift and move boxes throughout the workday.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding distribution environment.
