Job summary

Surge Staffing is hiring a Loader/Unloader in Ohio. This is a physically demanding role requiring standing, walking, lifting, and loading/unloading throughout the shift. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with a fast-paced distribution center setting.

You will load/unload trailers by hand, label outbound cartons, and help maintain an organized work area. Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; reliability and teamwork are essential for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, walk, bend and lift repeatedly.
• Able to handle fast-paced warehouse tasks safely.
• Experience in warehouse is a plus but not required.
• Reliable and punctual with good teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trailers by hand using rollers.
• Move cartons on and off pallets for shipments.
• Label outbound cartons (thousands per week).
• Receive and unload incoming truckloads.
• Maintain organized work area and follow safety procedures.
