Job summary

Tempur Sealy in High Point, NC is seeking a warehouse associate to support shipping and material handling in a fast-paced facility. You will help unload, move, and load products while following shipping orders and safety procedures to ensure accurate shipments and timely deliveries.

The role requires lifting up to 75 pounds and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, with prior manufacturing experience preferred. This is a full-time on-site position with opportunities for team growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• 18 years of age with High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Unload mattresses and box springs from the bagging machine and wheel to the loading dock.
• Review the shipping order to ensure all items have been loaded.
• Return the cart to the warehouse after loading.

Job Duties:

• Removes mattresses and box springs from bagging machine and wheels to the loading dock.
• Unloads each unit and places in the trailer per the shipping order.
• Reviews the shipping order to ensure all items have been loaded.
• Returns the cart to the warehouse.
