Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 4 years of US military service.
• Experience in production or distribution environments (2 years).
• Forklift operator certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to lift up to 150 pounds in a safe manner.

Responsibilities

• Load green coffee into the cleaning and silo storage system.
• Monitor and maintain green coffee dust collection system.
• Coordinate with roasting and logistics to meet schedules.
• Assist with coaching and mentoring new loader technicians.
• Maintain inventory records and IPD map for green coffee.
• Operate forklift to move coffee to the loading platform.
• Perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on loading areas.
• Follow safety guidelines and support food safety programs.
• Maintain product quality per GMP and FS procedures.
