Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is hiring a loader technician to support coffee processing operations in a plant environment. The role involves loading green coffee, coordinating with roasting and logistics to meet production schedules, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or equivalent, forklift certification or ability to obtain it, and the ability to lift up to 150 pounds while working in a team-oriented setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or 4 years US military service.
• Forklift operator certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to lift up to 150 pounds safely and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Load green coffee into cleaning and silo storage systems.
• Monitor and maintain dust collection system.
• Coordinate with roasting and logistics to meet schedules.
• Operate forklift to move green coffee to loading platform.
• Perform preventive maintenance on loading station and silos.
• Follow safety guidelines and assist safety initiatives.
• Support quality programs and maintain GMPs.
