Job Summary: Essential Duties & Responsibilities include the following: loading/sorting product.

Essential Functions:

Loading product through the belt/loading laser

Sorting product

Placing product in containers

Removing fat from boneless product

Grading boneless

Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities .

Education : High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience : Entry level.

Other Requirements : No other requirements necessary .

Working Conditions: High noise, varied temperatures (warm to cold), slippery floors, moving equipment and dust may be present. Employees will wear personal protective equipment as necessary or required.
