Job summary

Team Industries Inc. in Kaukauna, WI seeks a Loader for the 2nd shift (12:30pm-10:30pm, Mon-Thu, 10 hours). Duties include prepping pipe for paint, loading/unloading furnace and vault, and stenciling and loading on wagons for shipping. The role requires no prior experience, strong reading/comprehension, basic math, and reliable teamwork with clear communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic in all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
• Ability to follow written or verbal instructions and solve problems involving several concrete variables.

Responsibilities

• Prep pipe for paint.
• Load and unload furnace.
• Load and unload the vault.
• Stencil pipe.
• Load pipe on wagons to shipping/delivery.
• Conducts work safely and follows all safety procedures; rejects unsafe work and discusses with supervisor.
