This position needs to be able to properly assess road conditions and make appropriate maintenance decisions based on current weather conditions. *To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties.* **ESSENTIAL DUTIES** * Clear all lots (A, B, C, D, E, f, G, & H) and fire lane* Maintain all lots so employees and customers can park safely.* Operate Crystal Mountain vehicles and equipment, including heavy equipment in safe and efficient manner. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Minimum age of 18* Basic knowledge of equipment operation **EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS** * Experience operating medium to large size equipment preferred.* Basic knowledge of hydraulic controls* Must have a valid driver license. **PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS** * While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, talk, see, hear, and smell.* The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects tools or controls.
