Job summary

Crystal Mountain in Washington state is seeking a Lead Lift Operator to oversee multiple lifts, supervise a team of Lift Operators, and ensure smooth operation and guest safety on the slopes.

You will train new staff, manage breaks, and coordinate lift activities while delivering excellent customer service in all weather conditions. This role requires 18+ years old, skiing/snowboarding familiarity, and strong communication for a positive mountain experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Leadership and/or Lift Lead experience required.
• Ski/Snowboard experience required; must be comfortable riding in all weather conditions.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills; excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lift Operators at multiple lifts, identify tasks, delegate duties, and supervise breaks.
• Lead and train Lift Operators; set up, run, and breakdown lifts; maintain lift stations and supplies.
