Amrize is seeking a Loader Operator to perform maintenance, equipment operation, and grounds tasks on rail sites and facilities. You will operate loaders to move bulk materials, perform routine maintenance, and follow established safety protocols while coordinating with foremen and supervisors.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of related experience, with a strong mechanical aptitude and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of general work experience related to loader duties.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Operates straight or articulated loaders to lift and transport bulk materials.
• Starts engine, shifts gears, steers, and dumps material according to job needs.
• Performs routine maintenance on the loader, including lubrication and fueling.
• Maintains effective communication with supervisors and customers serviced.
• Adheres to safety policies and executes duties with attention to health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
