Job summary

Allan Myers is seeking a dedicated equipment operator in Havre de Grace, MD. This non-exempt role operates heavy construction equipment, performs preventive maintenance, and supports daily project tasks with the field manager.

• Related work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Operates one or more types of heavy construction equipment (backhoes, pavers, dozers, tractor pans, graders).
• Performs equipment maintenance duties (cleaning, greasing, oiling).
• Adjusts levers and pedals to operate equipment and control attachments.
• Discusses daily plans with field manager and reviews blueprints as needed.
• Ensures safe operation and adherence to policies.
