Job summary

Heidelberg Materials in Moncure, NC is seeking a Loadout Operator to monitor and maintain loadout facility systems, coordinate shipments, and perform housekeeping tasks to keep operations safe and efficient.

You will work closely with STAR Operators and Maintenance personnel, perform inspections, support safety and quality standards, and contribute to a reliable on-site operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain loadout facility systems, equipment, scheduled maintenance, and housekeeping tasks.
• Coordinate all shipment activity, including arriving/departing drivers, internal communications, documentation & tickets, and product inventory.
• Collect ash samples; perform appropriate testing and reporting.
• Assist STAR Operators, Loader Operators, and Maintenance personnel in performing daily inspections, preventative & routine maintenance, outage activities, and housekeeping tasks.
• Create and maintain a safe environment for all employees on-site (SEFA host utility, drivers, and customers).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
