Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a front-line operator to run front-end loaders and other heavy equipment at one of our Indiana facilities. You will support production, stockpile materials, and ensure safety and quality in daily operations.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliability; you will perform pre-operation checks and help with inventory, while adhering to site procedures. We offer union benefits, paid time off, and a competitive hourly wage of 30.80 USD.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loaders and heavy equipment to safely move and stockpile materials.
• Load customer and internal trucks efficiently while maintaining product quality standards.
• Conduct pre-operational inspections and report equipment maintenance needs.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas in accordance with company and site procedures.
• Support plant operations by assisting with production, inventory management, and other assigned tasks.
