Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a Loadout Operator in Moncure, NC. You will monitor loadout systems, coordinate shipments, collect ash samples, and assist maintenance teams to keep operations safe and efficient.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain loadout facility systems, equipment, scheduled maintenance, and housekeeping tasks.
• Coordinate all shipment activity, including arriving/departing drivers, internal communications, documentation & tickets, and product inventory.
• Collect ash samples; perform appropriate testing and reporting.
• Assist STAR Operators, Loader Operators, and Maintenance personnel in performing daily inspections, preventative & routine maintenance, outage activities, and housekeeping tasks.
• Create and maintain a safe environment for all employees on-site (SEFA host utility, drivers, and customers).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
