Standard Construction Company, Inc. is seeking a qualified heavy equipment operator to join our team in the construction of roads, sites, and highways in the region.

You will operate various heavy machines, follow the Foreman’s directions, and ensure safety and efficiency in daily tasks. The role requires a minimum high school diploma or GED, prior construction experience, and a commitment to working outdoors.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Previous related experience in construction preferred.

Aufgaben

• Operate heavy equipment safely on road, site or highway construction and paving.
• Follow Foreman directions and complete daily tasks for each project.
• Perform daily pre– and post-inspections with proper documentation.
• Maintain a safe work environment for yourself and co-workers.
• Assist in training less‑experienced employees on equipment operation and repair.
• Perform general labor duties as needed and report problems to management.
