Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of heavy equipment experience or training.
• Willingness to travel and work nights/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment across quarry and construction tasks.
• Follow OSHA/MSHA regulations and company policies to maintain safety.
• Report equipment or operational issues to Foreman or supervisors.
• Perform routine maintenance and escalate major issues.
• Complete pre- and post-operation inspections with proper documentation.
• Mentor less-experienced team members and support general labor duties.
