Job summary

American Rock Products in Hermiston, OR is seeking a Loader Operator to support concrete production and material delivery. You will operate equipment safely, load trucks, and perform routine maintenance while contributing to a safety-focused culture.

No extensive experience required—we provide training. The role offers outdoor work, opportunities for overtime, and career growth within a CRH family of companies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must pass physical exam and pre-employment drug screening.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Commitment to safety and following instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment safely and efficiently within its designed parameters.
• Load trucks with proper materials for delivery.
• Fuel, oil, grease and check loader parts to ensure proper function.
• Maintain cleanliness of yard premises.
• Assist other departments with maintenance, operations, and/or other duties as assigned.
• Promptly communicate with supervisors on any material or equipment issues.
• Operate water truck, front end loader, skid steer and pickup truck.
• Demonstrate safe work habits and participate in the safety program.
• Take action to avoid hazards or obstructions.
• Maintain regular and timely attendance.
• Promote an inclusive work environment.
