Job summary

American Rock Products, a CRH company, is seeking an equipment/yard operator to support concrete production and material delivery. The role offers outdoor work, training opportunities, and room for growth within a national family of companies.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates safety, attendance, and punctuality.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to learn and work a variety of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment safely and efficiently within designed parameters.
• Load trucks with proper materials for delivery.
• Fuel, oil, grease and check loader parts to ensure proper function.
• Maintain yard cleanliness and organization.
• Assist other departments with maintenance, operations, and other duties as needed.
• Communicate with supervisors about material or equipment issues.
• Operate water truck, front end loader, skid steer and pickup truck.
• Demonstrate safe work habits and participate in the safety program.
• Take action to avoid hazards or obstructions.
• Maintain regular and timely attendance.
• Promote an inclusive work environment.
