Qualifications

• 1-2 years Front-end Wheel Loader experience or training.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations.
• Must have a valid drivers' license.
• Safety minded and punctual with good attendance.
• Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screening per company policy.
• Willing to work overtime, nights, and weekends as needed.
• Able to conform to OSHA, MSHA, DOT and company rules.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loaders, excavators, and water truck safely.
• Maintain machine cleanliness and perform minor servicing.
• Keep accurate time and material records.
• Assist labor crew and support plant operations.
• Communicate material issues to paving crew and supervisor.
• Identify hazards and take corrective action to prevent incidents.
• Travel between job sites as required.
• Exhibit regular and punctual attendance and teamwork.
