Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to walk 20,000+ steps daily on concrete, gravel and grated floors.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Climb ladders and stairs to heights above 100 feet.
• Operate equipment and valves with substantial manual effort.
• Operate automated operating systems.
• Operate mobile equipment.

Responsibilities

• Loading: Operate loading equipment to load trucks and rail cars with fertilizer products.
• Communication: Coordinate tasks with team members and supervisors for smooth operations.
• Training: Participate in safety and training programs to stay current on practices and regulations.
• Troubleshooting: Assist with resolving loading-related issues.
• Safety: Follow all safety procedures and protocols.
