Job summary

The Walsh Group - Walsh Construction & Archer Western is seeking a Loader Operator for the Central Water Group at the Draper Water Plant in Oklahoma City, OK. You will operate a loader to move materials at the site and support heavy civil construction projects.

This role offers safety‑driven work, daily maintenance checks, and teamwork with foremen and operators across our nationwide divisions. Loader experience and ability to lift 50 lbs are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of loader operating experience preferred.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Adheres to safety policies and communicates with crew.
• Good manual dexterity; standing, bending, kneeling, or sitting for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Loader to move materials such as dirt and rocks.
• Follow operating procedures for loading and unloading materials.
• Perform maintenance checks and basic equipment services.
• Complete paperwork and other site documentation as needed.
