The Walsh Group is seeking a Loader Operator for the Central Water Group/Draper Water Plant in Oklahoma City, OK. Operate a loader on site to build, maintain, or repair roadways and heavy civil structures, with duties across the jobsite as needed.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of loader operating experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; may work in adverse weather conditions.
• Requires the ability to comply with all safety policies and procedures; communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors to ensure projects are completed properly.
• Possess a strong work ethic and desire to learn.
• Requires good manual dexterity; may stand, bend, kneel or sit for long periods.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Operates a Loader to move and transport materials such as dirt, rocks, and other aggregates.
• Operates with knowledge of loading and unloading procedures.
• May oil, grease, service, and perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and complete related paperwork.
