Job summary

IAA Holdings, LLC, a RB Global company, is seeking a Loader Operator to support yard operations at our Nephi, UT location. You will use a front-end loader to maneuver vehicles, load/unload trucks, and keep the yard organized for auctions.

The role emphasizes safety, quick and smooth operations, and learning new tools and technologies used in the auction industry. Experience with loaders or forklifts is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Physical demands are significant; this is not a desk job.
• Upbeat demeanor to ensure positive customer interactions.
• Experience with forklift or front-end loader operation is a plus; automotive and collision repair experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a front-end loader to move vehicles and equipment within the facility.
• Load and unload trucks delivering or picking up vehicles.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to keep equipment functional and safe.
• Manage lot inventory of vehicles and parts; document vehicle information.
• Prepare vehicles for sale with shrink wrapping, steam cleaning, and other light maintenance.
• Assist visitors and guide them to the appropriate contact person.
• Maintain safety and report policy violations to supervisors.
• Work outdoors in all weather and stay alert to hazards around heavy equipment.
