Job summary

RB Global is seeking a Loader Operator I for our Yard Operations. You will operate heavy equipment and trucks, assist with setting up for auctions, and help customers load purchases in a fast-paced yard environment.

Candidates should have experience operating heavy machinery, be able to operate a 36,000 lb forklift as a plus, and communicate effectively in English. A safety-first mindset and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy machinery in a yard or industrial setting.
• Ability to operate a large forklift (36,000 lbs) is a plus.
• Good spoken and written English required; basic computer skills.
• Able to relate well with customers and team members.
• Safety-focused with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate all types of heavy equipment and trucks.
• Set up equipment in the yard for auctions.
• Help customers load their equipment purchases and answer questions.
• Support RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety and personal safety.
• Learn and assist with vehicle check-in tasks as needed.
• Assist with Yard Staff responsibilities as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
