Job summary

RB Global's IAA division seeks Loader Operators to move vehicles with front-end loaders at our Kentucky facility. This role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and using technology to support auction operations.

You will perform inspections, load/unload trucks, maintain equipment, and assist with lot inventory and prep for sale. A valid driver’s license and high school diploma are required; forklift/loader experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Safety-focused approach and positive customer interactions are essential.
• Experience with forklifts/front-end loaders is a plus and preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a front-end loader to move vehicles and equipment around the facility.
• Load and unload trucks delivering or picking up vehicles.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on the loader to ensure safe operation.
• Maintain lot inventory and document vehicle information for sale prep.
• Assist visitors and direct them to appropriate staff as needed.
• Maintain a safe work environment and report safety violations.
