Job summary

IAA Holdings, LLC (IAA), a RB Global company, is seeking a Loader Operator I for our Yard Operations in Wasilla, Alaska. You will operate heavy equipment and trucks to set up equipment for auctions and assist customers during and after auctions.

This role requires safe work practices, ability to work with customers and team members, and basic computer skills to learn yard systems. You will join a team dedicated to safety and high standards in a fast-paced auction environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy machinery.
• Able to operate a large 36,000 lbs forklift is an asset.
• Good spoken and written English is required.
• Good computer skills and able to learn new programs quickly.
• Commitment to safety and helping others work safely.
• Ability to relate well with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment and trucks as needed for yard and auctions.
• Help set up equipment in the yard for auctions.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and answer questions.
• Support yard staff and perform other duties as assigned.
