Standard Construction Co.(NoMappingFound), a CRH company, is seeking an Equipment Operator to join our Arkansas team. You will safely operate heavy equipment used in road, site and highway construction and paving, while coordinating with co-workers and supervisors to keep projects moving.

This role requires strict adherence to OSHA and MSHA safety protocols, willingness to travel and work nights or weekends when needed, and the ability to perform inspections, light maintenance, and training of

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Must pass a pre-employment "Fit for Work" physical.
• Must provide valid I-9 documentation.
• Must be willing to travel and work away from home when required.
• Must be willing to work nights and weekends when necessary.
• Must adhere to safety requirements per OSHA and MSHA.
• Must wear PPE in designated areas.
• Be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment on road, site or highway construction and paving.
• Work in a team environment with co-workers and managers.
• Report problems to your manager.
• Maintain a safe work environment for yourself and co-workers.
• Follow directions of Foreman regarding daily tasks and expectations for each project.
• Perform minor servicing and maintenance of equipment.
• Perform daily pre- and post-inspections with proper documentation.
• Assist in training less-experienced employees on equipment operations.
• Perform general labor duties when necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
