Standard Construction Co. is seeking an Equipment Operator to safely operate heavy equipment in road, site, or highway construction and paving projects.

You will work in a team with co-workers and managers while ensuring safety and compliance with OSHA/MSHA requirements. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and construction experience, with willingness to travel, work nights/weekends, and perform occasional overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Previous related experience in construction.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Work in a team environment with co-workers and managers.
• Report problems to your manager.
• Maintain a safe work environment for yourself and co-workers.
• Follow Foreman directions for daily tasks and project expectations.
• Perform daily pre- and post-inspections with documentation.
