Job summary

Dolomite Products Co., a CRH Company, is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to diagnose, adjust, and repair plant equipment such as stone crushers, screens, and conveyors within our Rochester-area operations.

The role also involves operating off-road haul trucks, water trucks, quarry trucks, and stock trucks, with training provided across multiple areas of the aggregate production facility and clear opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with heavy equipment strongly beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, dismantle, repair, and reassemble heavy plant components using hoists and diagnostic equipment.
• Inspect and operate machinery to identify defects or performance issues.
• Perform routine maintenance including lubrication and filter changes.
• Replace damaged parts and verify function by testing.
• Follow OSHA/MSHA safety rules and wear PPE.
• Load, move, and transport materials with trucks and related machinery.
