Qualifications

• Loader operator experience operating loaders or similar heavy equipment.
• Familiarity with electronic controls and operating systems.
• Ability to read and understand basic plans, work instructions, and equipment guidelines.
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

Responsibilities

• Operate loaders to move, load, and distribute materials such as dirt, rock, aggregate, and other construction materials.
• Operate additional heavy equipment as needed to support project operations.
• Coordinate material movement and daily production activities with equipment operators and field crews.
• Follow project plans, site direction, and supervisor instructions while performing equipment operations.
• Complete daily equipment inspections and document findings.
• Keep assigned equipment clean and in good working condition.
• Perform routine equipment checks and communicate maintenance needs to supervisors.
• Participate in daily crew meetings and project planning activities.
• Operate equipment in accordance with company procedures, project requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Assist with general labor duties when equipment operation is not required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support project operations.
