Job summary

Webber, a Ferrovial company headquartered in Houston, Texas, is seeking an experienced heavy equipment operator to support our heavy civil and infrastructure projects in Texas. You will operate rubber-tired, skid steer, or crawler tractors with a front bucket, perform site prep and loading, follow safety policies, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

A High School Diploma or GED and 3+ years of construction experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Three or more years of related construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate rubber-tired, skid steer, or crawler type tractors with a front-end bucket.
• Load materials from stockpiles and assist with excavation and batching as needed.
• Assist with loading/unloading and other duties as assigned by supervisor/foreman.
• Follow safety policies and procedures and report unsafe conditions.
