Job summary

Standard Materials Group, Inc. is hiring a Loader Operator to safely handle materials, load trucks, and support batch plants. You will work with a safety-first team in outdoor conditions, following procedures and aiding project goals.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and prior loader experience. Expect physical work, occasional overtime, and opportunities for growth within the CRH network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating loaders or heavy equipment.
• Able to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Willing to work outdoors in varying weather and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate rubber-tired or crawler-type loaders with scoops to excavate, move, and load materials.
• Load trucks, manage stockpiles, and feed batch plants to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain communication with team for safety during equipment operation in tight spaces.
• Perform daily pre- and post-operation inspections and document findings.
• Conduct routine servicing and report major repairs to the Foreman.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Support and mentor less-experienced teammates in equipment operation and safety.
• Assist with general labor duties as needed to ensure project success.
