Job summary

C.W. Roberts Contracting, Inc. in Pensacola, FL is seeking a Loader Operator to safely operate loaders to move earth and materials for our road construction projects.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of loader experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid Florida driver's license. Applicants must be able to work days, nights, or weekends and pass drug testing and background checks. We offer competitive salaries and fringe benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of loader/operator experience.
• Must have valid Florida driver's license.
• Willing to work days, nights, or weekends.
• Able to complete required paperwork efficiently.
• Must be able to meet company MVR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader in a safe and efficient manner to move earth and materials.
• Excavate, load trucks and bins, grade, fill, back-fill, and move debris as directed.
• Make grade cuts and avoid damage to utilities as instructed.
• Inspect equipment daily and check fluids before starting.
• Other duties as assigned.
