Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.

• Knowledge of materials and equipment used in operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance checks.
• Follow supervisor direction regarding work areas and tasks.
• Load, transport, and dump materials using loader controls.
• Feed hoppers, stockpile materials, and move aggregates as needed.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings when operating on roadways or job sites.
• Understand and follow ground disturbance and safety protocols.
• Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of equipment.
• Assist with other construction-related duties as required.
• Promote and adhere to company safety policies and procedures.
