Job summary

Lignetics, Inc. in White Pigeon, Michigan, is seeking a Front End Loader Operator to join our production team. This full-time role runs 6am–6pm, four days a week, with one day off weekly and 8 hours of overtime potential.

You will manage raw material mixing and intake, inspect material quality, and cross-train for packaging and forklift tasks. The pay is $19–$21 per hour, with comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Loader operation experience in an industrial setting preferred.
• Willing to cross-train in packaging and forklift tasks.
• Good eye–hand–foot coordination.
• Ability to concentrate and multitask for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Raw material mixing and intake process.
• Mix material per specification to ensure proper blend and moisture content.
• Receive incoming loads and separate by species.
• Inspect material quality and notify leadership of defects.
• Load infeed bin per production schedule requirements.
• Cross-train and assist packaging line, forklift, and cleanup as needed.
• Conduct loader inspections and maintenance.
• Communicate status of workflow with coworkers.
